The Make It logo

In February 2023, Nourishment and Make It Barking collaborated to establish The Breathing Room. TBR incorporated co-working, morning inspiration sessions, speakers, workshops and opportunities for genuine creative connection.

Our sessions explored themes including Legacy & Purpose, Experimentation and Creative Processes.


Amidst our cohort of roughly 20 individuals were designers, filmmakers, writers, painters and event organisers - together they are culture shapers. Speaker sessions to end each day involved the award-winning playwright Lanaire Aderemi and incredible founder - K Bailey Obazie of Prim, alongside Nourishment’s own co-founders Tito Mogaji and Soji Sonibare.
