Nourishment is a London-based community connecting ambitious young creatives, professionals and cultural explorers from underrepresented backgrounds with arts, culture and opportunity.
Our community is made up of people who are curious, creative and looking to grow, whether that means building new friendships, developing skills, advancing their careers, discovering inspiring experiences or finding a place within London's creative industries.
Through cultural trips, live events, workshops, networking spaces, content creation and community projects, we create accessible opportunities for people to engage with arts and culture while building meaningful personal and professional connections.
Since 2023, we have welcomed more than 1,000 young Londoners and delivered over 60 cultural experiences and community events, all built through grassroots organising, volunteer support and a shared belief that access to culture should not depend on who you know, where you live or the opportunities you were born into.
In 2026, we established Nourish East CIC to expand this work and deepen our impact. As a Black and Gen Z-led Community Interest Company, we focus on increasing arts participation, reducing isolation and creating pathways into creative and cultural careers for young people across East London and beyond. Together, our community, CIC and agency create a unique ecosystem where cultural institutions, brands and young people can connect, collaborate and grow.
