Community Day was held in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to celebrate the summer and nourish attendees with a day of games, rounders, food, community, DJs and live musical performances. From 12- 5pm we held games, challenges and sporting activities in fun, competitive sports day fashion. The group was divided into teams and the eventual winner of the contest received tickets to see Red Pitch at the Bush Theatre. Our marketing strategy centred our usual motif of bubbles and brought our vibrant and youthful concept into life through a series of posters.


As the evening progressed, we had two incredible performances from the singer and rapper - Serwaa & pher, Upcoming DJs - Satra-Sia and Bridget Eke also performed.


This was an opportunity for our community and new faces to go beyond our art/culture gatherings, and truly vibe. We reached up to 100 people who enjoyed the event on the day and gained over 150 followers across social media across our marketing roll out.
